We began our morning at Pet Smart where the kids loved looking at all of the fish, hamsters, birds and of course the cats. They also got some energy out running up and down the aisles. Lily is the quiet one, she'll just start walking and not stop, so I'm the mom with the "run away" and always chasing her. When she went down this aisle though, she got distracted and sat down to read how to train puppies :).
After we left PetSmart we began our walk to ZPizza a few stores over. On the way, Lily ran and tripped on the sidewalk. Yep, a nasty busted lip! Blood everywhere and nothing to stop it with. Luckily, Melissa had tissues and Elizabeth ran into OfficeMax for paper towels. After she calmed down we finished our walk to have lunch. Did Lily eat? Of course! She ate an entire piece of pizza and a cookie!! I took this picture when we got home...both her and I were in no mood to get the camera out before that :).
After lunch, the three of us wanted to take a trip to Carter's. BUT, Elizabeth was the only one with a car nearby so she gave the rest of us a ride to our cars just across the parking lot. This is our version, according to Elizabeth :), of driving Mexican :). haha..

After nap, it looked even worse and she began complaining about her scraped upper lip, nose, head and of course her very busted lip! Poor thing, she's now on Tylenol and hopefully can get a good night's sleep. Ugh...stupid sidewalk.
