Emma turns 2 months old today and how time flies. It feels as though she has always been a part of our family and it has been a relatively easy and definitely a fun transition. Emma and Lily continue to grow closer and have already established a sisterly bond.
Emma Mentionables:
*Eyes have become a lighter blue
*Eats every 3 hours during the day, 3.5 oz per feeding
*Wears mostly 3 month clothes and Size 1 diapers
*Baby acne cleared up amazingly overnight but still has cradle cap
*She has a bath twice a week and enjoys every second of it
*Still needs to have her nose suctioned at least once a day
*Stays awake after every feeding, most of the time
*Takes 15 min to hour cat naps all day long with a longer late afternoon nap usually 2 hours
*Has been sleeping in longer stretches at night, with 6 hours being the longest so far
*Has learned to like footy pajamas
*Gets extremely excited when she sees Lily and has noticed Maci walking around
*Coos, talks and smiles a lot
*Enjoys tummy time but doesn't get it that often :(
*She has been sleeping in her crib for the last week
*Kicks on her crib music with her feet in the middle of the night and wakes herself up
*Grabs and swats at things (fist closed), mostly our faces and hair
