We three girls had a fun day today.
We got up late :), left the house at almost 11 to go to Target to hunt for good Christmas presents. Lil and Em were absolutely wonderful! They listened and had so much fun browsing the toy aisles for things that they want to ask Santa for. We never take time to just look and have fun so this was definitely a treat for all of us. We even stopped at a playground on the way home in which the girls had a blast but also tired them out completely!
When we got home I continued with laundry until Lily said, "Mom, what does this say?" And, she showed me her little doodle board. I asked how she knew to write that and she ran to get Emma's puppy. She sat down, saw the word on his foot and wrote it. When I told her what it said, she was so excited and then wanted to write all of the words the puppy has on him..tummy, hand and ear.
Very impressed Miss Lily, very, very impressed!
