Busy and Lovely

We had a wonderful time outside today in our backyard. These two girls cannot get enough of the fresh spring air and luckily our allergies haven't **knock on wood** been that bad.

Lily is very much into dressing up these days. And no girl is to be without her tu-tu for very long, even outside.

And, Miss Emma is everywhere. She's chasing Maci, in the house, out of the house, she's pushing the baby doll stroller, the bubble mower, she's on the ground, she's in the little car, she's absolutely everywhere and getting around a lot better than we thought she would be.

Emma is also loving this playhouse! She loves playing peek-a-boo and just getting in and out of it. Since being able to climb up on Lily's bed and likes to be on the couch we have taught her how to get down so I don't have a heart attack every time she's up there. She now instinctively rolls to her belly and slides down. So, naturally this is how you get down a small step into the house and it's also the way you get off of the deck.

When the girls went down for their nap Mike and I got busy putting this bad boy together! Yep, this is a tower to their swing set. When I say huge, I mean huge. It towers our shed not to mention our house. But it should be loads of fun and we have to send a huge thank you to Grammy and Poppy for giving it to us! 

After nap we still weren't done with our day. We went on a 35 minute family walk around the hood. Lily walked the entire way pushing her doll stroller filled with her friends; Peaches the chick, Pineapple the cat, baby (whose name is just baby) and Jack Jack the mouse from Cinderella. We took the double jogger in suspicion that Lily would be wanting to ride somewhere in our walk but it didn't happen and Emma rode solo.

Isn't springtime wonderful to be outside with your family?!?
