Video Day

While we are in the car we talk a lot. A lot. And, Lily is really curious and wants to know everything about everything including street names! So, we talk about it. She knows the name of our street, the surrounding streets, can tell you that we are on our way home just by seeing familiar things. We're working on our house number and then it's going to be Mommy's cell phone number.

Lily also can identify, spell, and write her name. We are working on Emma, Mommy and Daddy but she has seemed to remembered how to spell Nana and Pa. When she leaves the room she is running to our fridge where we have pictures of everyone in those hard plastic magnetic frames. I used alphabet stickers to put their names on them so she can see their name as well. It has really helped a lot!

And had to include this video, which is typical Emma. Fast, on the go, ready to get into something and always has something in her mouth! Yes, it drives us crazy that this is how she wants to carry things around!
