Our siren is also named Emma Grace. She is really, really loud. We have had to start ignoring her when she does this so that she'll learn that it doesn't get our attention. So far she doesn't squeal often enough that our ignoring her has made that big of an impact on her. Plus, it's really hard not to just look at her and chuckle. Hopefully, like everything, this is just a phase and we won't have to worry about it.

Madelyn just started a similar screeming thing at dinnertime- she sounds like a chimp from the zoo. She is very proud of her new sound, but I hope it is quickly gone!
