This morning was Emma's 4 month well visit.
Her stats:
13 lbs 11ozs 50th%
25 1/2 inches 90th%
17" head 92nd%
With these numbers, Dr Wick walked in saying, "So you have a 6mth old disguised as a 4mth old..." And I replied, "Yep". She can stand and support her weight, she can almost sit up by herself and she is wanting to MOVE. She told me that babies can start crawling or becoming mobile in some fashion as early as 5-6 months. And, the reason she's so early is because she sees Lily and wants to do the same things. We got the ok for oatmeal and will probably begin stage 1 foods in early Sept if not earlier. After her 4 shots, 1 oral vaccine and about 15 minutes of bouncing to calm her down we were out of there. We will be back in October when we will have our first double appointment. Emma's 6mth checkup and Lily's 30mth checkup :)
And Congrats to the Hertel Family on their new addition that made his debut this morning!

OMG! Look at those stats! I also can't believe that she is almost sitting up and wanting to move. Such a big girl :)

At this rate, Miss Emma is going to be walking at 6 months!! I can't believe how early she is doing everything!! What a sweetie pie!
