Sponge

If there was any doubt that Lily is a sponge...this definitely clears ANY of it.

Lily loves to color but lately likes to write with anything I do, pencil or pen, a mechanical pencil being her writing utensil of choice. She can even push down on the eraser to lengthen the lead. Well, I have started to write her name in marker or highlighter and then we trace it together using a pencil. This morning, what did Lily do?? She took a crayon and started holding it like we do the pencil. And if that's not enough, she tried to write the letter L! Her writing/coloring has become a lot more detailed oriented and well thought out but then again she scribbles with the best of them.
